Our Lamb is grown on the Welsh hillsides and brought to us in refrigerated lorries over night. Although New Zealand Lamb is much cheaper, we do not roast frozen lambs.

Spit roast Lamb takes 3 - 4 hours to cook in our CE approved Lamb Roasting machines.
Each Lamb will serve up to 70
portions depending on the size of animal
Therefore, to feed 70 - 140 guests will require 2 spit roast machines including Lamb, and chef to carve.
