Kew Cricket Club Hog Roast
1,200 hog dogs and 100% beef steak
burger cooked from fresh and served to 600 hungry kids
and their parents.
We agreed with the
organiser JF that we would present a 100% scotch burger
and Award winning sausages shipped in from Wales.
Quality was the main issue for both the organisers and
us. This resulted in the meats being able to get cooked
without catching fire and being incinerated. Zero fat
was our specification, and that's what we cooked.
Our brief was to provide
1,200 portions to a presentation evening at Kew Cricket
Club. Serving was at 18.00hrs over a 2 hour period. We
deployed the most experienced chefs on this job, and
managed by one of our team leaders.
